If you want to get in contact with us informally about a product question or general inquiry then our socials is always a good place to start. If it's about an order then we'd recommend sending us an email; but remember to include your order details!
All orders will be shipped within 5 days, this includes the 5th day. Therefore you will receive your dispatch notice on or before the 5th day.
It takes 5 days to ship your order because all orders are made to order to prevent any waste. This means that the product is not pre-made and is produced only after the order is placed.
This method of production helps to reduce waste and ensures that the product is made and packaged with care and love when it is shipped my customers.
My dispatch windows are set to ensure that I can process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining my high-quality standards. However, depending on the product and the current workload, I may be able to accommodate your request.
