When will my orders be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 5 days, this includes the 5th day. Therefore you will receive your dispatch notice on or before the 5th day.

Why does it take 5 days to ship my order?

It takes 5 days to ship your order because all orders are made to order to prevent any waste. This means that the product is not pre-made and is produced only after the order is placed.

This method of production helps to reduce waste and ensures that the product is made and packaged with care and love when it is shipped my customers.

I want to place an order, but I'm too late for the dispatch window!

My dispatch windows are set to ensure that I can process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining my high-quality standards. However, depending on the product and the current workload, I may be able to accommodate your request.
