Orders & Shipping

How long until my order ships?

Everything is made to order (it means less waste, and every piece gets packed with care), so please allow up to 3-5Β working days for your order to be made and dispatched. You'll get an email as soon as it's on its way.

How much is shipping, and how long does delivery take?

  • UK, Royal Mail 2nd Class: around 2-3 working days
  • UK, Royal Mail 1st Class: around 1 working day
  • International Standard (untracked):Β around 3-7 working days
  • International Tracked:Β around 3-7 working days

You'll always see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship to the US and the rest of the world?

Yes! I ship worldwide from the UK with Royal Mail. Lots of my orders head to the US.

A heads up for US orders: parcels are often held at US customs for up to a week (sometimes longer) before they're released for delivery. Once your order leaves me it's in Royal Mail's and customs' hands, so I can't speed this part up, but it does get there. If you need something by a certain date, order a little earlier or choose International Tracked so you can follow its journey. And if it's been a while with no movement, email me and I'll look into it.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Possibly. Depending on where you live, your order may be charged import duties or taxes when it arrives. These are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility, so it's worth checking your local rules if you're unsure.

How will my order be packaged?

Stickers and prints are packed in cellophane sleeves inside card-backed envelopes, so they're protected from rain and bending on the way to you.

Is it a gift?

Let me know in the order notes at checkout and I'll try to package it in a special way for the lucky recipient.

Stickers & Prints

What's the difference between matte, gloss and holographic?

  • Gloss: shiny finish that makes colours pop.
  • Matte: soft, glare-free finish with a more muted, premium feel.
  • Holographic: a rainbow shimmer that shifts as the light catches it.

What sizes are your stickers and prints?

  • Regular stickers: about 7.5cm (3in) on the longest side
  • Large stickers: about 10cm (4in) on the longest side
  • Mini Art Prints: 6x4 in
  • Art Prints: A5 and A4

Are the stickers waterproof?

They're made from durable vinyl and laminated, so they're water-resistant and UV-resistant, and they'll happily survive splashes, rain and everyday life. They're not dishwasher-proof though, so hand-wash anything they're stuck to. My sticker care guide has all the tips for making them last.

Where are your products made?

Everything is designed and made by me, in-house, in the UK, in small batches.

Returns & Problems

Can I return something?

Yes, you have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Full details are in my refund policy.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

I'm sorry! Email me at bloodnblossom@gmail.com as soon as you can, ideally with a photo, and I'll make it right.

My dispatch times are set so I can make every order properly without cutting corners, but depending on the product and how busy the studio is, I might be able to help. Email me at bloodnblossom@gmail.com with what you'd like and when you need it by. I can't promise, but I'll always do my best to find a way.
